Position Summary:
The Senior Director of Leadership & Talent Development executes differentiated leader and team member development strategies to create an internal bench of top talent to ensure business outcomes are achieved and cultural initiatives are successful. Additionally, the Senior Director is responsible for building a culture of high performance, development and accountability for talent and leadership development.

Responsibilities:
Develops, socializes, and gains support for the organization's career and leadership development, direction, programs, and processes.
Differentiates best practices in learning and career development that support corporate strategy and will move the organization forward; applies innovation.Promotes technology and inter-professional collaborative practice.
Leads team responsible for conducting both leadership and career development needs analysis, ensuring alignment with both corporate & site business objectives and internal customer objectives.
Partners with internal teams and executives to understand their objectives and play a key role in talent planning.Gives feedback on topics including retention, engagement, and work culture to achieve maximum organizational effectiveness.
Oversight of the organization's formal leadership development programs (ALP & ELP) as well as all leadership development curriculum.
Provides direction on the entire team member development lifecycle to talent development and learning consultants in order to provide best-in-class, progressive opportunities for growth.
Leads team of Talent Management professionals who are responsible for orientation, onboarding, performance, coaching, team development, leadership, and career development.
Partners with peers in Talent Acquisition and Clinical Learning to execute on consistent learning and talent strategies for Orlando Health as an organization.
Leads the development and implementation of improved learning, talent management & performance capabilities through change management, organizational design, and competency design.
Synthesizes strategic goals, prioritization and learning strategies into learning and development activities.
Manages staff, operations and budget for career and leadership development team.
Ability to understand and articulate the value of integrated talent development processes in both leadership and career development areas.
Demonstrates expertise in executive/leadership assessment, development, and succession planning and performance management with ability to implement processes that will increase organization bench strength.
Knowledge of functional human resources and education disciplines, including learning and development, HR planning, technology, and performance management.
Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor's degree is required.
Experience
Minimum of five (5) years leadership experience in career and leadership development is required.
Demonstrated expertise in executive/leadership assessment, development, succession, and performance management with a proven track record of implementing processes that have increased organization bench strength is required.
Demonstrated expertise in performance management, learning management and administration of leadership development programming is required.
