Job description
Overview:
The SR Revenue Cycle Manager position provides oversight of RCM initiatives such as Over the Counter collections (OTC) and Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks related to new affiliations and Denticon conversions. The position requires a highly self-motivated and independent team member who is an effective manager, is able to prioritize assignments and design programs to meet the needs of individual groups and/or offices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to design tools which will be useful in educating office staffs and providers on issues related to DCA's revenue cycle KPIs, metrics, SOPs, etc.
Responsibilities:
Coordinates the execution of key revenue cycle initiatives and tasks.
Train diverse staff to ensure processes, policies and procedures are followed.
Ensures 100% project assignment completion.
Update policies and procedures; makes recommendations for system and workflow enhancements.
Serves as a liaison between offices and staff to resolve any concerns and maintain a positive working relationship.
Ensures all insurance related duties are completed in a timely and accurate manner to ensure excellent patient relations and financial success for the practice: lag times; accuracy; etc.
Manages and assists designated office team members with appropriate processes.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
Preferred: 1 year healthcare leadership experience in multi-state/multi discipline organization (higher education degree may substitute experience)

Ability to manage a high volume workload while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
Adept in resolving complex system challenges
Knowledge of Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel.
Understanding of basic math skills.
Excellent ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, employees, and external customers.
Ability to prioritize and adhere to deadlines.
