• Only qualified Project Manager candidates located near the Tampa, FL area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence

Required Skills:

  • 3-5 years of Program Management and Project Management experience

  • Ability to summarize the expectations, decisions and actions resulting from key conversations and publishing them to larger group of stakeholders in a manner that can be easily understood

  • Exceptional level of motivation and diligence coupled with excellent communication skills (verbal and written), as well as strong relationship building skills

  • Ability to put together senior management presentation material

  • Knowledge of MS Office specifically PowerPoint and Excel

    About Team

    The Data Quality and Governance organization within is responsible for driving a data architecture to deliver front-to-back design, identify gaps, and implement a robust governance framework across the company. A key focus is on Data Quality including completeness, accuracy, and timeliness across front-to-back data flow. The Project Manager is responsible for extensive partnering across multiple technology groups to drive key initiatives and associated deliverables for the data strategy and manage change. The function and role span across the organization and, as a result, requires strong engagement with relevant teams.

    Project Manager Responsibilities include:

  • Support formal bi-weekly governance forums with technology groups including creation of materials and meeting minutes/action items

  • Working with various technology leads to ensure the gaps in data quality are converted into prioritized Book of Work items

  • Conduct data analysis for tracking of standards adoption and creation of scorecard metrics

  • Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, reports to stakeholders
