Responsibilities:
SCOPE OF WORK:

Provides administrative support for project teams requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill, and knowledge of MS Office Suite, payroll, Account Receivables, Billings, and Customer Service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for administrative support to a project team including payroll and onboarding employees.

Tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to: AIA Billings, Account Receivables, Creating and maintaining documents; Customer contact and other duties as appropriate.

Qualifications:
WHAT YOU OFFER

EDUCATION: Associate degree preferred or equivalent studies/experience.

EXPERIENCE: Strong administrative, computer, organization and communication skills required. MS Office Proficient.

Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Training experience preferred.

Event planning experience preferred.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Effective time management, organizational, multi-tasking and attention to detail skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Problem solving to address staff and client needs.

Has the ability to work autonmously, but also as team member.

Effective interpersonal skills.
