Description:
Emory Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Senior Executive Administrative Assistant to support our Chief Quality Officer (CQO). This role is critical in ensuring the seamless operation of the Office of Quality and supporting the CQO in achieving strategic goals related to quality and patient safety. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Quality Officer, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
Communication Management: Act as the primary point of contact between the CQO and internal/external stakeholders. Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high level of professionalism.
Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of special projects and initiatives related to quality improvement and patient safety. Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
Meeting Preparation: Prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, reports, and presentations. Take minutes during meetings and ensure follow-up on action items.
Confidentiality and Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other administrative staff and departments to enhance office efficiency and support the broader goals of Emory Healthcare.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of executive administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Strong preference will be given to candidates with 5+ years of proven experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
