Our client is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting, supporting clients in over 50 countries to navigate their digital transformation journey. With a commitment to AI-powered solutions and agile digital services, they deliver unparalleled performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with key stakeholders to leverage payroll expertise across various project phases, including requirement gathering, design, development, user acceptance testing, and application support.

Maintain effective communication with business and third-party stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.

Travel within the US and Canada may be required.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, with work experience considered in lieu of a degree.

8 years of Information Technology experience, with a specialization in Global Payroll implementations.

Strong functional knowledge of payroll processes and accounting/finance expertise.

Citizenship or Permanent Residency required; sponsorship is not available at this time.

Preferred Qualifications

8 years of relevant experience in implementation, development, and support projects related to payroll and financials.

Experience in Global Tax Rollouts, Vertex Integrations, and familiarity with EY DigiPay and SAP Globalview Payroll systems.

Expertise in Oracle Service Contracts, Receivables, EBTax, Payables, and General Ledger modules.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex solutions to diverse teams.

Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.

Program Management and Change Management experience.

The role may involve extended periods of sitting and working at a computer. Effective communication via telephone, email, and face-to-face is essential.
