Description:

3 'must haves':

1.Good communicator: Written (Email, Slack) and in person meetings. Will have to work with our stakeholders closely, and it is important this process feels smooth for our stakeholders. Someone who can convey details clearly but succinctly. While meetings are always an option, they should be able to convey their thoughts clearly over email or slack initially.

2.Detail Orientated: Looking for small differences in thousands of rows of data.

3.Learns Technology Quickly: Will be using many tools like Excel, Salesforce, PowerBI, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversees the auditing of accounting and financial data of Autodesk Business Model transactions (Multi-User, Premium, Flex).

Communicates with various stakeholders including Sales, Deal Desk, Customer Success, Finance, Accounting, and Audit to ensure transactions are following business model policies.

Will learn and adopt existing audit processes but is empowered to make improvements to increase efficiency.

Should be able to quickly familiarize themselves with Autodesk Business Models policies.

Audits will vary in frequency from weekly to quarterly, the best candidate will be able to prioritize effort and drive to deadlines.

Must work with Power BI Dashboards, Salesforce, and Excel spreadsheets.

Must identify and clearly communicate issues of non-compliance to appropriate stakeholders via email, Slack and live meetings.

Education:

A bachelor's degree in area of specialty may be helpful but is not required.
