Job Title: Legal Contract Administrator

Location(s): Atlanta, GA

Responsible for preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and administering commercial and government contracts in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conducts pre-contract data collection and administration of commercial or government contracts.

• Creates, negotiates and/or administers contractual documents that establish business relationships with vendors, clients and/or partners.

• Works with sales, service and business operations teams to structure contracts.

• Reviews contractual documents to ensure adherence to company practice, government specifications and requirements, and conformance to master agreements.

• Responds to inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions.

• Initiates documentation to authorize work in accordance with contractual specifications.

• May do some contract negotiations.

• Performs additional related duties as assigned.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other related discipline is required; or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Knowledge of corporate policies and procedures to complete proposals and contracts

• Ability to prepare and negotiate legal contracts and proposals

• Knowledge of company's products and services

• Ability to interact effectively with executive level clients

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and legal software applications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Effective time management and problem-solving skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and carry out assignments that are sensitive in nature
