Job description

This role will support the Senior Marketing Manager across a variety of digital marketing functions including the planning, execution, and analysis of campaigns. You will help to strategize and launch campaigns across paid social, SEM, and email programs, including creating campaign strategies, launching ads across channels, A/B tests, and more.

You'll collaborate closely with our brand, creative, and analytics teams to generate and optimize strategies to drive the best ROI for each campaign. The role will foster professional growth through applied experience in a dynamic organization.

Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience working in the B2B space on digital marketing campaigns and strategies.

  • Experience managing SEM, cross-channels campaigns, and budgets is a must.

  • Channels include Google Ads, DV360, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

  • Experience developing marketing campaign plans.

  • Experience with various data and reporting tools, including Google Analytics.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with teams across the organization Scope.

  • This position will report into the Digital Marketing and Demand Generation Team within PEXNA Marketing, which supports various business units within Panasonic including Eco Solutions, Industrial Devices, Consumer Electronics, Avionics, and more.

    Key Areas

  • Assist in marketing campaign planning and execution through a variety of platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, DV360, and Google Ads.

  • Create and optimize campaign audience targeting and promotional assets including ads and emails.

  • Measure and analyze marketing metrics across channels using tools like Google Analytics and Power BI.

  • Support SEM and SEO efforts including keyword research, competitor research, and web content analysis.

  • Assist in the creation and presentation of reports on campaign performance and outcomes.
