Program Manager/Public Health Analyst This position requires an active Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance to be considered. As required by our governmental client, this position requires being a US Citizen. Cherokee Nation Integrated Health (CNIH) is seeking a Part-time Program Manager/Public Health Analyst to support the CDC's Occupational Health Clinics. This role involves planning, resource management, budgeting, risk management, and quality control in occupational health care coordination. Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for Program Manager/Public Health Analyst: Pay commensurate with experience. Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice. Program Manager/Public Health Analyst Responsibilities Include: Develop detailed project plans and maintain project schedules. Allocate resources effectively and monitor resource utilization. Prepare and manage project budgets and track costs. Identify and assess risks and develop mitigation strategies. Facilitate regular meetings and updates with stakeholders. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards through reviews and audits. Supervise Medical Assistants and Registered Nurses to ensure protocol adherence. Provide administrative support and serve as the on-site contractor representative. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Program Manager/Public Health Analyst Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: Advanced degree (master's or PhD) in Public Health, Health Sciences, or related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management and public health analysis. Experience in occupational health care coordination. Proven track record in managing complex projects and leading multidisciplinary teams. Proficiency in project management software and data analysis tools. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Strong problem-solving and risk management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
