Job description



Primary:

Delivery of program aligning the Agile Framework

Introduce agile best practices and ways of working at each level.

Stabilize the team, structure and backlog.

Remove impediments for SM.

Mentor the SMs in evolving and understanding their role.

Manage dependencies on cross functional product deliveries

Educate and empower SM, PO & tech teams on agile best practices and how to introduce them

Monitor anti patterns and work with the leadership to address them.

Leveraging tool for ART and introducing improvement for reduced overhead tasks.

Effective and efficient time management vs task loading.

Refine the way of using v1 to provide flow based metric to leadership.

Work with technical and Business side to keep them involved and educate both side on Business value and technical value, aim to achieve sweet spot.

Secondary:

Inject functional and true DevOps

Leverage Service Virtualization

Introduce early testing leading early development

Loop Release management within agile f/w

CI/CD pipeline function.

Continuous integration

Legacy refactoring

Decoupling teams

Team based structuring.

2-6 years of experience required

As a Program Manager / Release Train Engineer (RTE) , you will work closely with delivery teams, release management, business partners, and other parts of the organization including senior level leadership to ensure effective software delivery based upon agile values & principles. The success of this role is to be a motivating servant leader to the team. This person introduces, educates & mentors the team on agile best practices and ways of working at each level, which includes influencing the leadership towards agility, get the support, while stabilizing the teams and structuring the backlog. Leveraging tools like VersionOne to create effective and meaningful flow-based metrics for senior leadership, showcasing growth and continuous improvement. He/she is deeply engaged with technical and Business side to keep them involved and educate both side on Business value and technical value, aim to achieve sweet spot.
