Job description

Senior Technical Evaluator This position requires an active Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance to be considered. As required by our governmental client, this position requires being a US Citizen. Cherokee Nation Integrated Health (CNIH) is seeking a Senior Technical Evaluator who will lead evaluation efforts across multiple CDC public health programs, ensuring that research methods, data collection, and analysis meet high standards for program improvement. This role requires oversight of technical evaluators, providing strategic direction, and ensuring compliance with CDC guidelines. Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for Senior Technical Evaluator: Pay commensurate with experience. Senior Technical Evaluator Responsibilities Include: Lead the design of sampling approaches for selecting VFC provider practices, incorporating location, census region, and practice type. Oversee sample size determinations and ensure inclusion of relevant staff in research panels. Submit detailed sampling methodology reports to CDC/technical monitor. Direct the programming and distribution of survey questions, ensuring accurate participant data collection. Manage survey helpdesk, oversee incentive distribution, and ensure smooth data collection execution. Analyze survey results, summarize findings, and present to CDC stakeholders. Lead the drafting and submission of final reports summarizing research panel establishment and maintenance strategies. Provide strategic leadership for public health program improvements and collaborate with CDC management and stakeholders. Collaborate with the Technical Evaluator and Data Analyst to ensure alignment of evaluation activities with overall project goals. Perform other writing and editing duties as assigned. Senior Technical Evaluator Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: Advanced degree (Master's or higher) in Public Health, Immunology, Epidemiology, or a related field. Over 10 years of experience in immunization programs, public health policy, or a related area. Recognized expertise in immunization program implementation and evaluation. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Experience leading teams and managing complex evaluations. Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and provide leadership in a consultative role.
