Job Summary

As the Regional Manager at our company in GA, you will play a pivotal role in driving same-store growth and ensuring operational excellence across four general dentistry practice locations. We seek a proactive leader passionate about maximizing opportunities within our practices and supporting the Executive Director with company-wide initiatives. Responsibilities

Leadership and Mentorship: Guide and train practice teams, promoting continuous learning and professional development.

Operational Excellence: Oversee Profit & Loss (P&L), staff scheduling, payroll, and accounts payable to ensure efficiency and financial health.

Patient Experience: Maintain exceptional patient experiences and address issues promptly.

Growth Strategies: Collaborate on marketing efforts to drive patient growth and retention, focusing on same-store growth.

Policy and Compliance: Implement and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

Quality Control: Manage professional licenses and certifications, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Safety and Well-being: Uphold safety procedures and regulations to protect patients and staff.

Flexibility and Adaptability: Tackle additional duties and challenges as needed to ensure the success of our practices.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).

Experience:

5+ years of leadership/management experience with direct customer interaction.

5-7 years in a professional environment.

5 years of dental office management required.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Eaglesoft and Carestack preferred; strong understanding of marketing strategies and Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge: Solid grasp of P&L management, labor laws, and regulatory guidelines (OSHA, HIPAA, CDC).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Office Production

Office Collections

No-shows and cancellations (10% or less)

Completion of follow-ups daily (100%)

Annual patient value
