JOB TITLE: Multiple positions; Training Specialist, Exercise Planner, Weapon System Instructor
Seniority Level: Senior and/or SME
PAY: $100-$140K based on experience, education and location
LOCATION: Multiple; On-site Oahu, Hawai'i; remote/hybrid with travel required; other OCONUS POSITION SUMMARY:
Provide training support to U.S. and foreign partners on Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber Defense, Combat Systems, and Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance. The work includes training development and management, systems demonstrations, exercises, operational systems training, and mission training. The training will be conducted in multiple locations, to include OCONUS. Training Specialist: Develop training objectives and training plans. Manage initial, specialized, technical, and administrative training for developed applications and systems. Oversee collection, compilation, analysis, and synthesis of information to determine requirements and needs. Design training strategies using ADDIE methodology. Exercise Planner: Design, execute, and deliver analytic tasks associated with exercises to include identifying and shaping objectives, develop exercise constructs, author scenarios, facilitate participant discussions and author after action reports and briefings. Apply expertise and experience with the warfighting functions, course of action analysis, and strategy development. Weapons System Instructor: Prepare and deliver courses of instruction, evaluate training, and develop training. Deliver training for the operation of systems and subsystems including classroom, and on-the-job training at Government and contractor sites within the USINDOPACOM AOR. Develop and provide position and mission training.
REQUIRED background:
• TS Clearance
• 10+ years of experience in one of the areas above DESIRED background:
• Experience working with SOF and OCONUS security assistance operations
• Experience working in Army Security Force Assistance Brigade
• Master's degree or equivalent experience
• Weapons School and/or Weapons and Tactics Instructor Course graduate
• Foreign language (Pacific area of operations) MORE DETAILS:
