Job description

Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Coordinator to join our team. This role is open to US Citizens ONLY. This position is onsite in Boise, ID with some telework possible. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in program coordination with a preference for experience in government or military sectors. This role requires a skilled professional with strong leadership abilities, a strategic mindset, and exceptional communication skills to drive programmatic success and stakeholder engagement. In this role you will: Coordinate the planning, execution, and evaluation of various programs and initiatives Facilitate and deliver training sessions and workshops to diverse audiences, ensuring engagement and knowledge transfer Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand program requirements and objectives. Develop and maintain relationships with program partners, vendors, and participants Manage program schedules, timelines, and resources to ensure successful implementation Monitor and report on program progress, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets Support the development of program materials, including presentations, reports, and documentation Assist in the recruitment, training, and supervision of program staff or volunteers as needed Contribute to the overall strategy and vision of the programs, offering innovative ideas for enhancement and growth Requirements: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a related field; a combination of experience and education will be considered Proven skills in presenting and facilitating a wide variety of training sessions to diverse audiences Ability to motivate, communicate effectively, and instruct others on facilitation techniques Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced, complex, multi-tasking virtual environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to produce high-quality deliverables Must possess a valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle Ability to travel up to 20% on average, as required Note: Experience gained through military service, membership in a military family, or volunteer work with military families will be considered Education: Bachelor's degree preferred in Leadership, Organizational Development, Talent Development, Adult Learning, Instructional Performance, Human Development, or related area Salary: Commensurate with experience Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.
