A large manufacturing company is looking to add a Senior Cost Analyst to their growing finance team. This role will support one of the fast growing segments within the company, and be responsible for creating standard cost models.

Responsibilities of the Senior Cost Analyst:

• Conduct ongoing analysis of process limitations, target costing initiatives, margin assessments, and tracking cost origins to underlying operations.
• Develop and oversee efficient data collection systems for management.
• Establish standard costs and scrutinize discrepancies against actual expenditures.
• Take charge of the annual standard cost-roll process.
• Examine, revise, validate, and update standard costs, encompassing bill of materials, with a comprehensive grasp of labor and overhead.
• Assess standard and actual costs for discrepancies.

Preferred Qualifications for Senior Cost Analyst Role:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 3+ years of cost analyst experience
• Experience working within cost models in JD Edwards
• Ability to travel internationally 10%

Compensation-$100,000-120,000
