Our client, a well established manufacturing company, is seeking an Accounting Manager to join the growing team! Salary $105,000 - $120,000 depending on experience. This role is fully onsite.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Accounting Manager:

• Prepare, analyze, and examine financial records and statements for accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze business trends, costs, and revenues to project future financial performance.
• Manage monthly closing activities, GL account analysis, and financial reporting.
• Evaluate operations and financial reports for accuracy; identify problem areas and recommend corrections.
• Assist with annual budgets, monthly forecasts, AR invoicing, and credit functions.
• Maintain fixed asset logs, track depreciation, and monitor daily cash flow.
• Support the Accounting Department, guiding staff in meeting objectives.
• Ensure accurate cost rates and assist external auditors during audits.
• Handle monthly sales tax compliance and provide accounting support across departments.

Education and Experience Accounting Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 5-8 years of accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing.
• Supervisory experience and job costing knowledge preferred.

Skills and Abilities Accounting Manager:

• Strong technical skills in account reconciliation, cost analysis, and month-end close.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel, with experience in job cost accounting software.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
