Job description

Overview DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a Datawarehousing Administrator II to join our USAF Air Mobility Command Global Decision Support System (GDSS) Functional Help Desk Team. The Datawarehousing Manager Level II is responsible for designing and constructing data repositories, applying enterprise-wide disciplines for data planning, analysis, and system design. This position requires strong analytical and computational skills to develop solutions for business data challenges. The Datawarehousing Manager will play a key role in strategic systems planning and business information planning, ensuring that data repositories meet organizational needs and align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience in data warehousing, information systems design, and systems planning at an enterprise level. Duties & Responsibilities Design, construct, and manage data repositories that align with organizational needs and business objectives. Apply an enterprise-wide approach to data planning, analysis, and information system design. Develop analytical and computational techniques to solve complex data problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data repositories are scalable, secure, and efficient. Perform strategic systems planning and business information planning to guide the development of data storage solutions. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of data repositories, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Manage data refinement processes to enhance the quality of data being stored and accessed. Analyze business data requirements and design systems that meet current and future business information needs. Ensure that data repositories are compliant with all relevant security and regulatory standards. Provide technical leadership and support to junior data warehouse staff. Qualifications Active Secret Clearance Minimum of 4 years of experience in data warehousing, systems design, or related fields. High School Diploma or College Degree with functional/technical experience and appropriate certifications. Strong knowledge of data warehouse design, data modeling, and enterprise information systems. Experience in strategic systems planning and business information planning. Proficiency in developing analytical and computational techniques for data problem-solving. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience with database management systems (DBMS) and data refinement processes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to manage multiple data projects. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
