Job description

Overview DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a Functional Analyst IV to join our USAF Air Mobility Command Global Decision Support System (GDSS) Functional Help Desk Team. The Functional Analyst Level IV (Subject Matter Expert) is a senior-level role responsible for leading the design and implementation of technical solutions based on business analyses. This position requires deep technical expertise and the ability to manage large-scale implementations across the organization. The Level IV Functional Analyst will collaborate with Business Analysts to create and execute technical roadmaps that align with the organization's strategic goals and business objectives. Duties & Responsibilities Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of complex technical solutions based on business requirements. Translate high-level business analyses into detailed technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Oversee the installation, updates, and configuration of systems as part of solution implementation. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on technical solutions, providing guidance and insight to the technical and business teams. Ensure that solutions are implemented efficiently and meet all technical and business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure successful project execution. Provide training and mentorship to junior team members, sharing expertise in technical implementations. Regularly review and update technical processes to align with evolving business needs. Qualifications Active Secret Clearance Minimum of 8 years of experience in functional analysis, technical implementation, or a related field. High School Diploma or Associate's Degree with functional/technical experience and appropriate certifications. Extensive experience managing large-scale technical implementations and providing expert guidance on system design and configuration. Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage complex projects. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to guide technical projects to successful completion. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
