Group Lead

Key Tasks:

• Job leads a team, has no authority to hire and performance-manage the team.
• Job leads/supervises/manages 16-25 employees.
• Inspects and reports on production conditions, finished product cycle counts, and other inventory levels as directed.
• Performs a variety of date entry duties to document goods receipts, inventory levels, material movements, outgoing product shipments, volumes, material codes, and costs.
• This role has the responsibility to understand and places in practice appropriate safety procedures
  This responsibility is achieved through education, training, use of protective equipment (as applicable) and by following safety policies, regulations, standards, and laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Rate: $22.00/hour
2nd Shift Premium: $ 1.50

2nd Shift Hours
Tentative Start Time 2:00 pm - shift ends

Training will take place on first shift for 1 - 2 weeks hours as follows:
5:45 am - 2:00 pm or end of shift
