About the Company and Opportunity:

  • CFS is working with an extremely stable financial services firm established for more than 20 years to find a Human Resources Coordinator for their team!
  • Their management believes in an open-door policy at all times!
  • The Human Resources Coordinator is a standalone position and will require someone comfortable working independently.

Overview of the Human Resources Coordinator role:

  • Recruiting via job postings and job fairs
  • Handle all onboarding paperwork and conduct new hire orientation
  • Update employee benefits portals
  • Employee relations duties

Preferred Qualifications for the Human Resources Coordinator:

  • Minimum three years of Human Resources experience
  • Experience with ADP or similar platforms is a big plus!
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
The Human Resources Coordinator role is fully onsite in Goshen, Indiana.
Salary: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00
