Network Administrator

Location: South Bend, IN (Onsite)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000

Position Overview:
We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Network Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Office 365, VOIP systems, cloud technologies, and ticketing systems. This role will be instrumental in managing our network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security while providing exceptional support to our users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Network Management: Monitor, maintain, and optimize network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
  • O365 Administration: Manage and support Office 365 environments, including user administration, security settings, and troubleshooting.
  • VOIP Systems: Oversee the configuration and maintenance of VOIP systems, ensuring reliable communication services across the organization.
  • Cloud Services: Administer cloud-based solutions, ensuring seamless integration and efficient resource utilization.
  • Technical Support: Provide tier-2 and tier-3 support for network-related issues, utilizing a ticketing system to track and resolve incidents promptly.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members to implement best practices and support company-wide technology initiatives.
  • Security: Implement and monitor network security measures to protect sensitive data and systems from unauthorized access.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in network administration, with a focus on Office 365, VOIP, and cloud technologies.
  • Proficiency in managing ticketing systems and providing excellent customer service.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of network security principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
