Job description

General Responsibility Statement:

Provides in-house administrative support to the Marketing, Sales & Service Departments. Works collaboratively with other departments throughout the organization. Performs data and clerical support when needed. Will assist in answering phones when needed. Performs other administrative tasks as directed by management.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
  1. Performs data entry into various tracking systems to ensure orders are booked, shipped, and tracked efficiently.
  2. Prints and sends pack list, invoices, and product literature to customers, dealers, and Regional Sales Managers (RSMs).
  3. Handles incoming customer service calls seeing that they are routed to the proper individual or handle in a courteous and expeditious manner. Demonstrates excellent customer service skills when working with internal and external customers.
  4. Produces sales reports as required for weekly staff meetings and sales meetings as well as various other reports as needed.
  5. Provides administrative assistance to coordinate details related to trade shows and RSM/Sales Department travel.
  6. Completes data entry and logs as required for International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA) compliance purposes.
  7. Enters and tracks warranty registrations for chassis and units, Unified Carrier Registration (UCR), and dealer licenses.
  8. Participates in all continuous improvement programs by offering suggestions and showing initiative in areas within direct control.
  9. Performs other duties as assigned by management.


Compensation details: 21-23 Hourly Wage
