The Opportunity: As an exercise planner, you're passionate about aligning resources, developing and delivering instruction to training units. You know that learning styles vary, and you thrive in assisting planning training units grasp critical operations. Bring your passion for developing and delivering a diverse mix of training ability and resource management. As an exercise planner, you'll develop, implement, and measure the effectiveness of plans and procedures for clients as you provide your subject matter expertise during all phases of the exercise planning. You assist the Site Manager and senior training teams to receive and coordinate training requests. You are engaged with Site Manager and Operations and Training Manager to align resources to each request and update the PMRT to track requirements to include maintaining and updating the local master schedule and training calendar. You Have: 10 years of experience with military or DoD military, including conduct of exercise planning and training. 2 years of experience with exercise planning using the JELC process Experience with simulation training and simulation programs used for Army Training and scenario development Experience with large constructive exercises, multi-domain events, and implementation of JLCCTC Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: Experience as a Former FA57 or in operational planning and simulations using JLCCTC stimulating MCIS Knowledge of the live, virtual, constructive, and gaming (LVC-G) concepts Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,600.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
