COMPLIANCE INTERN

Job Overview: Our highly competitive internship program provides candidates with the opportunity to gain the best hands-on experience that banking has to offer. Fidelity Bank offers real-world opportunities to work in Corporate Compliance. The paid internship program will be completed over a 16-week period beginning January through May 2025, scheduled to work up to 20 hours per week.

The candidate for this position will be responsible for:

• Providing support to the Bank's Compliance Administrators who oversee regulatory compliance bank-wide including deposit, advertising, lending, Bank Secrecy Act, and fraud compliance.
• Learning regulatory requirements and assisting with data entry and analysis.
• Observing the advisory role Corporate Compliance serves in Bank projects and initiatives.

Requirements for the position include:

• A high school diploma (or equivalent)
• Ability to use resources to maintain accuracy with a strong attention to detail and meeting. deadlines.
• Effective planning, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge or use of MS365 Office Suite, including Word templates and Excel pivot tables
