Responsibilities

Drees Homes is seeking enthusiastic and friendly candidates for a full-time Sales Assistant position in our Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky Divisions. This position will be working in the sales office of our beautiful model homes.

As a Sales Assistant you will provide clerical and administrative assistance to the Market Manager. Duties include meeting new prospects, answering the phone, handling customer inquiries, setting appointments and other administrative/clerical duties.

Some requirements/qualifications include -

  • Work experience in an administrative or clerical role

  • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous sales experience is preferred and real estate or new home sales experience a plus
  • Strong customer service focus is a must
  • Basic understanding of blueprints and/or floor plans is helpful

  • Good computer skills including Microsoft Office - Word, Excel & PowerPoint

  • Knowledge of Salesforce helpful
  • Must be outgoing/energetic with the ability to adapt to different buyer profiles

  • Ability to work independently

Must be available to work the schedule for this position including weekends. The schedule is typically Monday-Saturday 11-6, Sunday 12-6, 2 days off per week.
