REPORTS TO: Senior Director VOA Health and Justice

JOB SUMMARY AND QUALIFICATIONS:

The Program Manager is responsible for the overall management and daily operations of Determined Health, Outreach and Prevention. The Program Manager is responsible for adhering to all grant deliverables and guidelines as well as fidelity to grant models and goals. Will monitor client linkage to care in all program areas. Maintain and monitor all grant and agency reporting requirements. Provide direct supervision to Program Leads as assigned including but not limited to daily oversight of role, time and attendance, productivity and quality, weekly supervision and support, and annual performance evaluations.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE FOR THIS ROLE:

1. Minimum bachelor's degree in related field required with at least 4 years related experience.

2. Master's degree in social services, Community Health/Healthcare Management, or related degree preferred.

3. 3 years' experience with managing staff and programs.

4. Successful background check.

5. Openness to working closely with clients who struggle with issues related to mental illness, substance use disorder, chronic health conditions, and other challenges with social determinants of health.

6. Respectful sensitivity and non-judgmental attitude towards clients who may suffer from multiple traumas and/or disabilities.

7. Strong interpersonal and social skills with an ability to convey ideas and agendas with proper urgency. Ability to collaborate with a variety of individuals and community partners.

8. Ability to treat everyone equitably.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Monitor the delivery of services in all program areas by the program staff. Monitor the quality and timeliness of care plans and other client documentation and provide regular feedback to staff.

2. Provide direct weekly supervision to all direct supervisees and monthly supervision meetings at minimum with all program staff as coordinated with Senior Director.

3. Ensure all care is in adherence to all policies and procedures as well as external governing bodies.

4. Participate and facilitate in the oversight of program budget process and accountability in coordination with Senior Program Director and Team Leads.

5. Basic to intermediate computer skills with moderate experience in Microsoft Excel and other supporting programs.

6. Participation in agency leadership meetings, development, and strategic planning.

7. Assist in maintaining and establishing PQI standards, team performance goals, fidelity to program models, and overall success and growth of the Determined Health and Outreach and Prevention programs.

8. Identify and cultivate new opportunities for growth in programming and development.

9. Supports the Senior Program Director in developing and implementing an active public relations function by working with External Relations.

10. Assists Sr. Director in the development and implementation of an annual strategic plan which outlines program goals.

11. Coordinates and evaluates all program services.

12. Submits monthly and quarterly reports.

13. Adheres to and monitors monthly budget variations and overall annual budget goals.

14. Other duties as assigned.
