**Position:** Part-Time Retired Business Development Manager

 

**Location:** Remote but preferably from Cincinnati, oh region

**Hours:** Need to discuss but 2-4 hours a day

Salary: As per number of hours per day

 

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly experienced and retired Business Development Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT staffing industry in the USA, with a strong network of contacts and the ability to drive business growth through client acquisition. This role will play a crucial part in expanding our client base and increasing revenue.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Leverage industry knowledge and connections to identify potential clients in need of IT staffing solutions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.

- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Collaborate with the lead generator to ensure a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads.

- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services.

- Provide valuable insights and market intelligence to the team to inform business strategies.

- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction.

 

**Qualifications:**

- A retired professional with a proven track record of success in IT staffing or related industries.

- Extensive industry knowledge and a robust network of contacts in the USA.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

- Knowledge of IT staffing trends and market dynamics.

- Willingness to work on a part-time basis.
