Job Title: Training Specialist

Duration: 09/06/2024 to 12/31/2024

Shift: 9am-5pm

Location: Scarborough, ME 04074

Delivers both standard and custom computer based training classes.

Examines training delivery methodologies and implement/establish new techniques as appropriate.

Modifies the training to meet objectives; designs measures to evaluate outcomes and assess training effectiveness.

Selects training appropriate to address the identified issues.

Evaluate the technical skills needed to meet business needs and objectives.

Collects and analyzes data, reviews literature and seminars, recommends options based on research, prepare written and oral reports.

Assure all training efforts within assigned area are in compliance to governmental regulatory requirements and divisional and site training requirements.

BS or BA minimum education requirement with at least 2 years' experience in technical training.
