SUPERINTENDENT - Ground-Up Commercial Projects

We are seeking a Superintendent or Lead Superintendent to join a well-established General Contractor with over 40 years in business and $300M in annual revenue. Our client specializes in large-scale ground-up and renovation projects in sectors like Healthcare, Senior Living, Automotive, Grocery, Education, Self-Storage, Retail, Mixed-Use, Multifamily, Office, and Industrial.

If you have experience managing commercial construction projects over $10M and are looking to work in Northern Virginia or Waldorf, MD, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all construction activities, from Earthwork to Finishes.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain daily communication with project teams, tracking progress and addressing issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor in the DMV market.
• Proven track record managing ground-up commercial projects exceeding $10M.
• Multifamily construction experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred, but not required.
