Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Corporate Travel and Expense Manager to join our team in Baltimore, MD. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in travel and expense management, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and proven supervisory skills. This role offers the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement after 90 days.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the company's travel and expense programs, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Utilize Concur for travel booking and expense reporting.
  • Manage and resolve discrepancies related to travel and expense reports.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Provide training and support to employees on travel and expense policies.
  • Supervise a team of travel and expense coordinators.
  • Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Analyze travel and expense data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in travel and expense management.
  • Proficiency in using Concur for travel booking and expense reporting.
  • Some accounting experience is required.
  • Strong supervisory and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
