Description

  1. Project Leadership: Lead and oversee hospitality renovation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company standards.

  2. Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.

  3. Budget and Cost Management: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-effective measures to ensure profitability and budget adherence.

  4. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth project progress.

Profile
