About This Role: Tria Federal is looking for a Senior Data Collection Nurse. with relevant experience working with Protocol Development, Data Collections, Medical Scenarios, and reporting in either the civilian or military health environments. Maintain processes of data collection and tracks each protocol through submission and approval process. The ability to provide training tools and information for medical research participants. Possess the knowledge to documents lessons learn, issues, evaluation, and recommendations. Responsibilities: We are looking for candidates who possess a tendency towards action, have innovative ideas and the ability to anticipate where a client's needs may be 12 months from now to achieve extraordinary results. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Protocol Development & Management:
Develop and maintain medical research protocols, ensuring they meet all regulatory and organizational standards.
Track and oversee each protocol throughout the submission, review, and approval processes, ensuring timelines and compliance are met.
Data Collection:
Execute and oversee data collection activities in various medical scenarios, ensuring accurate and timely recording of data.
Collaborate with medical and research teams to implement effective data collection methods for both military and civilian health environments.
Training & Participant Support:
Provide training tools, guidance, and information to medical research participants, ensuring they understand their role in data collection and research protocols.
Facilitate participant education on procedures and expectations related to medical research activities.
Documentation & Reporting:
Document lessons learned, challenges, evaluations, and provide recommendations for improving protocols and research methodologies.
Produce detailed reports on data collection progress, outcomes, and research findings for use in further research and development initiatives.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with other members of the research team, medical staff, and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and coordination throughout the research process.
Ensure the alignment of data collection activities with the broader research goals of the department, reporting regularly on progress and findings.
This position combines clinical expertise with research and data management, making it integral to advancing medical research within both civilian and military settings. The "Need-to-Have" Skills & Qualifications: Knowledge and a working understanding of healthcare and/or health plan operations concepts, business processes and/or provider networks within the healthcare industry (commercial or federal). Demonstrated ability to succeed in a dynamic environment and produce deliverables in tight timeframes.
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.
Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Education:
