ANDS provides capabilities that directly support Active Network Defense (AND), Computer Network Defense (CND) and Information Security Continuous Monitoring (ISCM). The project extends these same capabilities to the front-line security teams performing ISCM missions for their respective areas. This service is intended to counter the threat of attempts to compromise the confidentiality, integrity, or availability of customer systems. The goal is to ensure information security readiness as well as establishing and maintaining enterprise security tools for CND and information security continuous monitoring functions. Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) support.
Provide technical support to customers.
Troubleshoot customer issues.
Create and maintain user accounts.
Assist customers with application configurations.
Work directly with vendor support where needed. Qualifications:
Prior experience working help desk tickets: engage customer, investigate issues, and communicate status and resolution to the customer.
Experience with ticketing applications such as Jira or Snow.
Good communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Kibana/Elasticsearch/Splunk Minimum Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
10 years' experience as a SA in programs of similar scope, type, and complexity
5 years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree This position is authorized for up to 2 days/week of telework as allowed my mission tasking. Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
