Spalding Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Communication, Training, and Development Specialist in Patuxent River, MD. (see onsite requirements below) On-Site Requirements: On-boarding will require 1-2 visits to Patuxent River, MD. Training/tasking may require occasional on-site work at Patuxent River, MD. Future on-site/telework requirements/schedules may change as additional client direction is received. Essential Functions: Designs, creates, and conducts work-related communication, training, and development programs to improve strategic communication and organizational performance. Analyzes organizational communication and training needs. Creates training materials, scenarios, and briefings. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Experience: Required: Experience in communication, training and development required. Security Clearance: Active Secret or Interim clearance required. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc. Education: BS/BA degree in Business Management or a related field and 3 years related experience, OR AA/AS degree in Business Management or a related field and 7 years related experience, OR HS diploma and 9 years related experience.
