Staff Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our client's finance team. As a Staff Accountant, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting day-to-day accounting operations. Key Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant:

• Prepare and post general ledger entries and assist in the month-end close process.
• Reconcile bank and balance sheet accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely adjustments.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Help prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
• Assist with audits by gathering and organizing relevant financial documents.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records as the Staff Accountant.
• Support process improvements and assist in special projects as needed.

Preferred Qualifications of the Staff Accountant:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Staff Accountant or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and general ledger processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
