Our client is a well-established Construction Management firm with over 25 years of experience across industries such as academic, corporate, life sciences, and healthcare. The company has a reputation for building strong relationships, with 90% of its business coming from repeat clients. Based in Quincy, MA, the firm is set to grow significantly, with a current annual revenue of $250M and projections to reach $350M in the coming years.

Description

The key responsibilites of the Project Manager:

  • Manage life science and design-build construction projects from pre-construction through close-out.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients, ensuring project goals are met and maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Ensure all work adheres to safety, quality control, and client specifications.
  • Report directly to the Senior Project Manager or Program Manager and be an integral part of a dedicated team.
  • Work on projects within the 128 belt and Cambridge, with current locations including Waltham, Billerica, Bedford, and other Greater Boston areas.

Profile

The successful Project Manager:

  • 5-7+ years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally with experience in life sciences (ground-up or interiors), design-build projects, or hospital work.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple project aspects simultaneously.
  • Experience with Autodesk Build or similar project management software (training available).
  • A local presence in the Quincy, MA area with flexibility to travel to project sites within the Greater Boston region.
  • The ability to "hit the ground running" and take ownership of projects without requiring APM-level training.
