Job description

After having just built our their team with a new Assistant Controller, Creative Financial Staffing is partnered with a property management company to identify an Accounts Receivable Specialist.

About the Company Seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• Our client is a retirement community that offers independent living, assisted living, in-home supportive care, and an outpatient physical therapy clinic
• They are looking to add additional communities through the development of the land and through acquisition
• This position reports to the CFO and is integral to their business model
• There is room for growth beyond this role

Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• Receiving in rents, including checks from the lockbox
• Reconciliations for rent receipts
• Coordinating buying/selling of apartment units
• Direct communication with tenants/property managers

Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• 2+ years' experience in an Accounts Receivable role
• Property accounting experience is a plus
• Yardi experience is a plus
• Associate degree or experience equivalent
