Accounts Receivlable Specialist Position Summary: Our clinet is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities for Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• Process incoming payments and ensure accurate recording in the accounting system.
• Generate and send out invoices to customers in a timely manner.
• Monitor accounts for discrepancies and follow up with clients to resolve issues.
• Prepare aging reports and communicate with clients regarding outstanding balances.
• Assist in the reconciliation of accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address billing inquiries and disputes.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Support month-end close activities, including reconciliation of accounts receivable accounts.
• Assist with the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications for Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
• Proficient in accounting softwares and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
