Position - IT Manager
Salary - $90,000 - 116,000

In this role, the IT Manager will be very hands on with technology, involved with strategy & Vision and team management. You'll be managing & supporting a small team & vendor relationships, but also involved with security, support, communications, networking, asset management, licensing & software, etc. Great opportunity for someone who has a well rounded IT background, and enjoys strategizing for long term IT success for the organization.

Essential Functions:

• Manage and support a small team & manage vendor relationships, including development & training.
• Responsible for creating strategy, vision and IT roadmaps, managing budgets & goals.
• Cloud management including Microsoft 365 & virtual servers.
• Responsible for managing IT invoices, licensing, software agreements, etc.
• IT Asset Management and equipment ordering.
• Manage phone system for organization.
• IT Support and user administration.
• Manage networks, servers & backups.
• Responsible for security & protection, email filtering, etc.

Qualifications:

• Prior management experience within IT or Technology.
• Experience with developing IT strategy, goals, budget, etc.
• Experience managing network infrastructure, including design, maintenance, monitoring and security.
• Experience managing on-prem and virtual servers.
• Exposure to backups & disaster recovery.
• Knowledgeable of security including email filtering & phishing, protection, organizational training.
• Microsoft 365 Admin Portal, Active Directory, Group Policy, MS Teams, Azure, Entra ID.
• Experience managing hardware & software licenses.
• Strong communication skills.

Location:

• Holland, MI area (Onsite)
• Travel - Once per week to company locations using company vehicle, minimal overnight.
