Position: IT Manager
Salary: $90,000 - $116,000
Location: Holland, MI (Onsite)

The IT Manager will be very hands on with technology, involved with strategy and vision as well as team management. You'll be managing and supporting vendor relationships and responsible for the oversight of technical security, support, communications, networking, asset management, licensing & software, etc. Great opportunity for someone who has a well rounded IT background, and enjoys strategizing for long term success for the organization.

Essential Functions of the IT Manager:

• Manage and support a small team and vendor relationships, including development & training.
• Responsible for creating strategy, vision and IT roadmaps, managing budgets & goals.
• Cloud management including Microsoft 365 & virtual servers.
• Responsible for managing IT invoices, licensing, software agreements, etc.
• IT Asset Management and equipment ordering.
• Manage phone system for organization.
• IT Support and user administration.
• Manage networks, servers & backups.
• Responsible for security & protection, email filtering, etc.

Qualifications of the IT Manager:

• Prior management experience within IT or Technology.
• Experience managing network infrastructure, including design, maintenance, monitoring and security.
• Experience managing on-prem and virtual servers.
• Exposure to backups & disaster recovery.
• Knowledgeable of security including email filtering & phishing, protection, organizational training.
• Microsoft 365 Admin Portal, Active Directory, Group Policy, MS Teams, Azure, Entra ID.
• Experience managing hardware & software licenses.
• Strong communication skills.

Location:

• Holland, MI area (Onsite)
• Travel - Once per week to company locations using company vehicle, minimal overnight.
