Job description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Duties:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorders
- Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients, implementing evidence-based interventions and strategies
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across settings
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions regarding treatment strategies
- Train and supervise behavior technicians or other team members in implementing behavior intervention plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes

Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
-Must have Master's degree in psychology or related field (or currently enrolled in program)
- Experience working with children with special needs, particularly those with autism spectrum disorders
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Proficient in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
