  • Do you want access to a large lucrative territory?
  • This is two different roles - one covering the Minneapolis & St. Paul Areas. A second covering Greenbay. Candidates from either location are invited to apply.

Client Details

Our client is a prominent provider of water treatment solutions dedicated to enhancing water quality for a range of different applications in the residential, commercial, industrial, and healthcare space. They own a large portfolio of products and services in the water treatment field and are a one stop shop for all of your water treatment needs. They have a strong presence in the US and are looking to expand their team!

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the wastewater sector.
  • Build and maintain key relationships within new and current accounts.
  • Attend industry events and stay up to date on industry trends.
  • Be the CEO of your own territory and region - manage it like your own small business, with no cap on commission.
  • Develop new business with the assistance of inbound leads.
  • Collaborate with both sales and engineering teams to problem solve and deliver precise solutions.
  • Maintain current client relationships, invest in them and grow their accounts.
  • Stay updated on competitor activities, and market dynamics.

Profile

Qualifications:

  • B.S. in Engineering is a plus.
  • B.S. or B.A. in Business.
  • Associates in Engineering also considered.
  • Proven experience in water treatment / wastewater industry desired.
  • 3-5+ years in industrial sales desired.
  • Candidate needs to show strong tenure and upward mobility within an organization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel in territory 25% of the time.
