Senior Lease Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lease Administrator to support our client's real estate operations. This role will focus on the administration, maintenance, and optimization of commercial lease portfolios while ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to lease terms. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of commercial real estate, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Manage the administration of a large portfolio of commercial leases, including abstraction, data entry, and updates to ensure the accuracy and completeness of lease data. Review lease documents and oversee the integrity of lease information in systems such as Yardi, MRI, or similar software.
  • Collaborate with the finance and real estate accounting teams to manage budgeting, reconciliations, and tenant recovery pools. Provide detailed financial analysis of operating expenses and other lease-related costs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders. Address client needs, resolve lease-related issues, and ensure smooth communication for lease transactions.
  • Conduct audits of lease portfolios to ensure compliance with financial and legal requirements. Identify discrepancies and work to resolve them while maintaining accurate records.
  • Evaluate current processes and develop best practices to improve lease administration efficiency. Lead initiatives for process improvements and develop reports, training materials, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across multiple departments to support special projects related to lease administration, compliance, and real estate portfolio management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in lease administration, commercial real estate, or property management.
