Your Role as a Regional Clinical Director:

As a Regional Clinical Director, your leadership will set the tone for success, guiding and supporting our BCBA teams in Las Vegas. In this pivotal role, you will:
Mentor BCBAs : Provide guidance, supervision, and clinical support to help BCBAs excel in their roles and drive positive outcomes for clients.
Lead Clinical Programs : Oversee clinical programs within your region, ensuring high standards of care and adherence to best practices.
Empower BCBA Leadership : Develop leadership skills within your BCBA teams through mentorship, feedback, and professional development.
Autonomous Decision-Making : Act independently in high-level decision-making, impacting the operations and success of your region.
Conduct Assessments : Lead the way in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (Initial Assessments) and developing client-centered treatment plans.
Support RBT Teams : Ensure your RBT teams receive the support, training, and mentorship needed to deliver consistent, compassionate care.
Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with coding, billing, and insurance departments to streamline processes and meet payer requirements.

What You'll Need:
A Master's or Doctorate in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
Active BCBA Certification
State licensure to practice as a BCBA
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop BCBA teams
Excellent oral and written communication skills
A commitment to clinical excellence and team collaboration
