Job description

Beacon Hill Legal is actively seeking an experienced Legal Assistant available for temporary employment to join sophisticated and busy regional defense firm. This is a great opportunity to join a strong team who is seeking temporary support.

Location: hybrid. Firm's office is located in Absecon, NJ office. Candidates should be open to commuting on-site.

Hours: regular business hours, working 35-hour work week

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

• Candidates must have e-filing experience in PA and NJ court systems.
• Candidates must have calendaring experience.
• Must have Dictation experience.
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Must come with strong technical skills, including prior experience working with document management systems, billing systems, and Microsoft Office.
