Job description

The Customer Support Specialist will: Work requests for all custodial/maintenance and Move Team operations of all facilities operations assigning priority level.
Receive Phone, Email and Walk in work requests from Federal and Contract employees, note and log all information into work order log, alert Maintenance employee and notify tenant of work order number via email, and dispatch maintenance for emergency work requests ensuring to notify PM.
Close Work Orders by entering details of work performed by technicians, date, and time of work.
Cover Vehicles Dispatch desk by scheduling and assigning GSA vehicle fleet, and provide fuel cards for Alutiiq vehicle fleet. Check for work requests and issue Work Order. Notify caller and supervisor of request and Work Order number, call technician.
E-Mail.
Check Email and issue Work Order against request and notify sender of Work Order number, cc appropriate supervisor of request, call technician.
File electronic copy of email correspondence on j-drive by building, tenant and month.
File hard copy of email, phone and walk in requests in order of request and numerical order in file cabinet.
File Hard copy of completed Work Order stamped with date completed in order of building, floor and date closed in file cabinet.
Box, label and store all files for future reference.
Other duties as assigned REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Requirements: High school diploma.
4 years experience in customer service.
