We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee high-end commercial interior projects in Manhattan. In this role, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality delivery within budget and on time.

Description

  • Manage 2-3 commercial interior projects simultaneously, ranging from $1M to $10M in value.
  • Oversee all phases of construction, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with clients and subcontractors.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality.
  • Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders to keep them informed and address any issues that arise.
  • Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.

Profile

  • Be a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in commercial interiors.
  • Thrive in an autonomous work environment, capable of managing projects with minimal supervision.
  • Have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex challenges.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, ensuring clarity and consistency across all project phases.
  • Be committed to delivering high-quality results and maintaining strong client relationships.

Job Offer
