This role involves leading and managing a $500M+ design-build program for a public client. You will oversee a team of six, ensuring project success through all phases over a six-year period.

Description

  • Develop, manage, and execute a comprehensive design-build program.
  • Oversee the performance of the Design-Builder during design, construction, and closeout phases.
  • Lead a team of six personnel over the course of a six-year project.
  • Report directly to the Vice President of the Public Sector division, ensuring project goals and time lines are met.

Profile

You are a seasoned project manager with a strong background in writing and managing design-build procurement. You excel in dynamic environments, possess strong problem-solving skills, and have demonstrated experience in large public works contracts. DBIA or Assoc. DBIA certification is required, with additional certifications such as PE, RA, or CCM preferred.
