We are seeking a talented Paid Search (SEM) Manager to join our rapidly growing team.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional problem solving and client management skills, a firm grasp on marketing fundamentals, prior team management experience, a proven track record of success with relationship building, and be an expert in paid search marketing with working knowledge of paid social and other media.

The Paid Search (SEM) Manager will be required to wear many hats and roll up their sleeves often.

Along with a competitive salary (manager salary range: $82,500 - $95,000), yearly bonus, and benefits, we also offer opportunities for our employees to earn a significant amount of additional compensation by working overtime and earning reward points.

Our office is located at 26 Broadway. In addition to working with a stellar team, our office has beautiful common areas, monthly events, and free snacks and coffee. Please note: our office is following all CDC and state guidelines. Fully remote employees outside New York City (located within 1 hour of the Eastern Standard Time Zone) will also be considered and are encouraged to apply

Duties & Responsibilities

Assist with proposal development for new and existing clients

Manage and delegate roles and responsibilities and tasks to a team of 2-3 strategists and associates and maintain high standards for quality work

Ensure that the "Sosemo Approach" is followed by the team

Function as a strategic expert on the team to help guide both clients and the client services team

Work with Operations/Project Management to manage timelines and confirm that all work is delivered in a timely manner levering status reports, hours tracking and project management software

Manage clients and ensure satisfaction

Conduct keyword research, social listening, analysis/insights/recommendations

Conduct inventory assessments and development budget allocation recommendations

Structure and setup campaigns

Paid search campaign management

Develop and optimize ads

Participate in PRC reviews for pharmaceutical clients

Manage paid media campaigns

Demonstrates value against all initiatives by providing monthly/quarterly metrics reports

Research and keep up on industry trends

Assist with strategy development and team management

Develop new marketing services and refine processes
